I agree with the person before me. Person at cash didn’t want to be there. $8.50 US for two regular drip coffees I poured. Not hot. Thanks, guys. Good value.

The lady that "greeted" us didn't want to be there. Yes Janet you. Our server Kevin was really good and very courteous. My tip better have went to Kevin and not Janet. The food was good and the manager also didn't hesitate to accommodate us.

Two of us were here for a lite lunch on Sunday. When asked if they could make up a special sandwich, we were very rudely told - "No it was not possible, there is whatever is already out." Then in the time it took for me to get the two sandwiches we picked out and to pay at the register the one sandwich jumped in price from $9.95 to $10.95. (one sandwich was marked 9.95 and the other $10.95.) This had happened during the time she went back to check the prices as she tried to charge me $11.95 each. When i checked my slip I see she charged $10.95 for each. I proceeded back to the food counter and the sign had been changed and I when i questioned it ... they repeatedly lied that they didn't change the sign. It was only a $1.00 but - between the rudeness and the lies... we wont return.

The service and location were great, outdoor seating is a huge plus! However, the food is expensive for what it is. I ordered the sandwich which was pretty good, and my fiance had the eggs Benedict. He was pretty disappointed overall, specifically noting that the hollandaise had no flavor and that the brioche was a bad pairing for eggs Benedict. Overall for eggs Benedicts and an egg sandwich and two brunch drinks, the bill came out to $63 before tip. I've definitely had better brunch for that much elsewhere. The service and location were great though! But probably not coming back here.
